It Wasn't Me! Ray J Denies Contributing To Whitney Houston's Drug Habit
Singer and reality star Ray J is firing back at allegations made by Whitney Houston’s former sister-in-law, Leolah Brown. Bobby Brown’s sister suggested in a Thursday night interview with HLN that Ray contributed to the iconic singer’s passing by fueling her drug habit.
Earlier this week, the LA County Coroner released toxicology results from Houston’s autopsy that revealed the singer died from “drowning, and effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use.”
During her HLN interview, Leolah insinuated that Ray J provided Whitney with the drugs that ultimately killed her.
Now, a rep for the singer is slamming Leolah’s claims, telling our friends over at RumorFix that Ray J was nowhere near the Beverly Hilton Hotel on the day Ms. Houston passed. We were also told that Leolah had not been in contact with Whitney for over a year, and was nowhere near the hotel on the day of the singer’s death – and consequently, is out of the loop.
Ray J has been getting pounded in the press this month. Just this week, Star magazine reported that the singer was contemplating leaking a sex tape of him and Houston, a rumor that Ray J vehemently denies.
